We are the controller of the personal data described here. This notice covers this website, londondrd.uk.

When you send the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, country and message and, if you give them, your organisation and telephone number. If you came from a product page, the form also tells us which product you were looking at.

We use these details to read your enquiry, reply to it and keep a record of our conversation. Some of our products are controlled goods. So we may also use your organisation and country to check export-control and sanctions rules before we share technical information.

We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell them.

UK data protection law lets us use your details because:

• We have a legitimate interest in answering the enquiry you sent us and in running our business.
• You asked us to take steps before a contract, for example when you ask about buying a product.
• We have a legal duty, where export-control or sanctions law requires a check or a record.

The website does not store your message in a database. It turns the form into an email and sends it to our mailbox. These providers help us do that:

• Resend sends the email for us.
• Google hosts our mailbox.
• Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and stop attacks.

Some of these providers process data outside the United Kingdom, for example in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on safeguards that UK data protection law accepts, such as the UK-US data bridge or standard contractual clauses.

We share your details with no one else, unless the law requires it.

We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you. We keep them longer only when the law requires it, for example export-control records, or when the enquiry becomes part of a contract.

This website sets no cookies of its own. It has no advertising and no tracking across other sites.

The map on the contact page comes from Google Maps. It loads only if you press “Load map”. If you do, your browser connects to Google, and Google may set cookies under its own privacy policy.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of your data
• correct data that is wrong
• delete your data
• limit how we use your data
• stop using your data, if you object to it
• move your data to another organisation, in some cases

To use any of these rights, send us a message with the contact form and choose “Privacy request”, or write to our registered office. We reply within one month.
